This page explains how Aurian Haus uses cookies and similar technologies on aurianhaus.com and the client portal. It forms part of, and should be read with, our Privacy Policy. Where this page mentions how we collect, use, store or send your information, the Privacy Policy has the full detail.
What is a cookie
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser. We also use related technologies such as local storage and session storage, and security tokens set by our bot-protection tool.
What we use them for
Strictly necessary and security
- Authentication, keeping you signed in to the portal.
- Cross-site request forgery (CSRF) protection.
- Remembering interface preferences such as sidebar state and dismissed reminders.
- Cloudflare Turnstile, bot and abuse protection on our login, signup, contact and free-sample forms. Turnstile processes your IP address and basic browser/device signals and may set a short-lived security token to confirm you are not a bot. These signals may be processed by Cloudflare outside Australia, including in the United States. See Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy policy for details.
Analytics
- We do not currently run third-party website analytics. If we add analytics in future, we will name the provider here, explain what it collects (which may include your IP address and the pages you view), state where that data is processed, and update this page. Any analytics we use would be to count visits and improve the site, not to build cross-site advertising profiles.
Advertising
- We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.
Where your data goes
To run the site and portal we use trusted service providers, some based overseas (including in the United States): Supabase (hosting, database and authentication), Stripe (payments; your card details are handled directly by Stripe), Resend (transactional email), and Cloudflare (bot protection, as above). To produce creative deliverables, we may also send client brand assets and product images to third-party AI model providers. Our Privacy Policy explains these overseas disclosures and your rights in full.
Controlling cookies and your choices
- Browser settings, you can clear or block cookies in your browser. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will sign you out of the portal and may stop forms from working.
- Your account, signed-in users can export their data and delete their account from account settings.
- Marketing email, every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe; we action unsubscribe requests promptly.
- Access, correction and complaints, to access or correct your personal information, or to make a privacy complaint, see our Privacy Policy or contact us below.
Changes
We keep this policy current; the "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. If we add or remove tools, or make a material change, we will update this page (and, where appropriate, let signed-in users know).
